People should know: development, illness, aging... these are the most normal physiological changes. Women, there is no need to be afraid. It is usual for menstrual blood to be of different colors, it is normal for periods to behave differently, and it is normal to be sick. We should get more people to look at the period differently and "talk about it normally," as most women would like to do.
